From Email Option 1 (above), the business owner will receive a phone call to see if they are open to a Strategy Session.  They are asked 3 questions on the call:

  1. “How is your business trading right now?”; then
  2. “Where do you want to take your business?” (over the longer term); and then
  3. “What’s getting in the way?” (issues and challenges).

They are offered a Strategy Session if the issues and challenges are something they want fixed.

The Session

The following video outlines how businesses are assessed for both their operational systems and profit potential to determine if there is a “Fit” for a program.

A “Fit” is found when they have:

    1. Capacity in their business for growth requiring better Sales and Marketing functions to fill the capacity
    2. Potential for margin improvement from cost control systems and pricing gains (especially when customer loyalty is high)
    3. Productivity opportunities from better management of staff with KPIs and systemisation of core business processes (especially for businesses who are very busy)

These elements are assessed in Session One and then, (if needed) they can be “quantified” in Session Two.  We look for a 10 times ROI on program fees to the forecast profit potential.  This establishes whether we have a “Fit”.

Only then is a business development program offered…

S T E P  F O U R

The Program

The “6-Week Challenge” Program implements key findings from the assessment. However it is not practical to resolve all opportunities within 6 weeks.  Therefore the program focuses on strategies that produce “bankable” returns to ensure the ROI objectives are met.  The investment for the program is $4,975.  If a business is unsure about ROI, we look for a minimum of $50,000 per annum in Session 2 before program commencement.

When the program starts, clients receive a “challenge” every week with a video, a workshop and “Take-out Tasks” to implement. They also attend a facilitated “live” on-line session to answer any questions and ensure they are implementing their program correctly. We can add an additional week to the program if you’d like to include a support session of your own.

If a client doesn’t achieve the on-target returns by the end of the program, they have the option to continue the program at no further charge until they do.  This is the extent of our “guarantee”.  If clients have additional requirements beyond the scope of the program, they can ask for further assistance at any time.

The program launches with a 6-week intensive.

The program has 90 Day Planning & 12 month ongoing support.
